Miradouro Pico do Ferro

The Mirador of Pico do Ferro is a Portuguese lookout point located in the Furnas parish, Povoação county, São Miguel island, Azores archipelago.

This viewpoint is at an altitude of 570 meters in the elevation of Pico do Ferro. It offers an immense view of the vast volcanic crater of the Furnas Valley, the Lagoa das Furnas stands out to the right of the belvedere and the valley open to the left.

It is still possible to observe the whole surrounding mountainous area. The passage through this belvedere is part of the list of pedestrian walks of the municipality of Povoação.
