Canyoning Frecha Da Mizarela

Frecha da Mizarela is one of those caprices of nature that chokes our breath for its beauty and grandeur.
Situated almost at the top of the Freita mountain range, it rises from a height of more than 80 meters, being considered one of the largest waterfalls in the Iberian Peninsula and one of the largest in continental Europe.
The water that rushes from above, has dug for millennia an abrupt cut in the mountain, drawing a white mantle that dissolves in foam when it reaches the ground.
Mizarela’s frecha is the visible face of a section with several smaller waterfalls and that sends us to the depths of the nature during 8 hours.
