This is an activity in which you can participate, alone or with a small group of up to 5 friends, work colleagues, school or with family. Consists of a class of initiation to the Stand-Up-Paddle (SUP) , in which you’ll learn the essential to be able to use these boards safely in sheltered waters. We started in the sand of the beach and then we go to the water. You will learn the fundamental techniques to use the SUP with security. Will also get also have notions about safety at sea, the waves, the wind, the tides, the currents, and their influence in sport and recreation.
The class is led by an experienced teacher and passionate about these sports. All classes are considered private and can be for 1 person only, or for 2, 3 , 4 or 5 people. There are classes for all ages, from children, young people and adults.
All the material necessary for the lesson, surfboard SUP and isothermal , are provided to each student. It does not matter if you have never practiced this sport, as our instructor, with the help of the suitable material, adapts the lesson to the abilities and performance of each student, leading to progress in safety, in a relaxed environment!
