02:30 PM: FLOW HOUSE BANGKOK

For your bike tour Bangkok, you need to be at 02:30 PM at Chang Surf Bar at Flow House Bangkok (also the meeting point). Make sure you arrive in time to check out the surfing. Drinks start from THB 30.

03:00 PM: BOAT TO BANG KRA JAO

Get away from noisy and crowded Bangkok by taking a boat to Bang Kra Jao, an island in the river. Enjoy the river views and choose a bike you feel comfortable on.

03:30 PM: BIKE THROUGH THE JUNGLE IN BANGKOK

Cycle through small concrete lanes along the villagers’ farms which are very rustic.

03:45 PM: THE HAUNTED CANAL

Walk through tree tunnels full of dense nypa palms and suicide trees and learn about the horrifying mysteries of the past that gave the canal its name. Enjoy the river and city views while keeping an eye out for crabs and small fish.

04:15 PM: THE ISLAND’S MOST BEAUTIFUL PARK

Enjoy the fresh air along the bike path rich with a variety of plants, birds, butterflies and other animals. Feed the fish in the park’s large fresh water pond and take some cool photographs from the bird watching tower.

04:45 PM: HARBOR & RIVER VIEWS

Enjoy the views of the freight ships anchored in Bangkok’s harbour from the village’s pier.

05:00 PM: RIVERSIDE VILLAGE

Walk through a riverside village built on stilts and peek into locals’ homes to see their simple way of life.

05:15 PM: MUSHROOM FARM

Learn how the more than 20,000 colourful exotic mushrooms, including pink oyster mushrooms and abalone mushrooms, are being cultivated in this 100-meter long mushroom house. Taste the mushroom jelly and mixed mushroom juice.

05:30 PM: ABANDONED TEMPLE

Visit an old Mon temple that is now abandoned. Inside the temple there can be seen some famous murals, including one of a Mon guy whose lower part is bare while looking to a Mon girl.

05:45 PM: BANGKOK TREE HOUSE

Try several herbal drinks made from fruit and flowers while enjoying the sunset from the rooftop of this unique eco resort. Learn about its edible roofs, its swimming pool purified by plants and see the “room” where guests literally sleep under the stars. The ones who go firefly watching can have dinner here. Food starts from THB 80 and drinks start from THB 20. One water or soft drink per person is included in the tour price (just like the herbal drinks).

06:30 PM: BOAT BACK TO BANGKOK

Take the ferry back to Bangkok, where local transport awaits you to shuttle you back to the skytrain.

07:00 PM: EVALUATION & GOODBYE
