The Miradouro da Portela, located between Porto da Cruz and Machico, allows one to observe one of the most beautiful landscapes of Madeira. Here you will find a magnificent scenery of mountains, which in a valley, spill out into the sea. From here we have a great view of the Port of Cruz and Penha d'Águia.
