Enjoy a 2-hour scuba diving experience in the beautiful Arrabida region. You will join a workshop and try diving in the Marine Park Prof. Luiz Saldanha (Serra da Arrábida and Sesimbra) carried out from the beach.

It consists in two dives: first there will be a dive adaptation, up to 1,5 meters deep, followed by a dive trip up to 5 meters deep.

You will always be accompanied by a certified instructor / dive master, this is the best way to experience the underwater world.
