The tour begins with a visit to the Pena Palace, the greatest symbol of Romanticism in Portugal, one of the most visited monuments in Portugal.

Walk through the streets of the historic center of the village of Sintra, located in the middle of the stunning green of the mountain. You can taste the typical sweets, the queijadas and the pillows of Sintra.

Cabo da Roca, the most westerly point in Continental Europe, located at the extreme end of the Sintra mountains, undoubtedly one of the most emblematic places in Portugal.

Boca do Inferno was originally a sea cave, which later collapsed leaving an abyss and a marine arch. There the waves of the Atlantic break continuously and, during violent winter storms, the water explodes upwards, similar to an erupting volcano – hence the dramatic name of Boca do Inferno.

Cascais is a charming and traditional Portuguese fishing village, which has become a popular tourist city. It was the summer refuge of the Portuguese nobility. Cascais was also a place of exile for several kings of Europe, during the second world war.

- What To Expect

It has always been very much appreciated by kings and nobles, exalted by writers and poets of which Lord Byron is an unavoidable example who called him glorious Eden. Since the conquest of the first king of Portugal Sintra has become a charming place, frequented by royalty and aristocracy worldwide. Sintra is also known for its unique natural park and its mysterious and romantic atmosphere.

Come with us and discover the royal palaces, such as the Pena Palace, and discover their fantastic, mystical and forbidden love stories. Then, we go to the westernmost point of Europe in order to admire the great Atlantic Ocean.

We will visit two other charming and exclusive places: Cascais and Estoril. They were the first beach places frequented by the last kings of Portugal. With the Second World War, these were chosen by royal families, such as the Italian kings and the Spanish royal family, as a place of exile, and also by spies from around the world to discover their "secrets ...".
