The famous Polish liqueurs called ‘nalewki’ are alcoholic extracts from fruits, spices, flowers or herbs. Not without scientific proof, they are commonly believed to cure illnesses and raise the spirit!

The art of nalewki making has been known since the Middle Ages and practitioned by monks. Nowadays some Poles still produce them at home, using secret recipes passed from generation to generation. Many liqueurs take weeks or even months to mature, but some, like those, which you will make during our workshop, are ready to be sampled immediately after making.

SAFETY NOTICE: Our cooking class is probably the safest experience in Warsaw you can choose these days. You prepare your own food and…it is thouroughly cooked. All satefy measures are rigolously observed: limited capacity, desinfections between classes, masks for the quests and the host. The venue is large enough to allow for 2 metres distance between participants at all stages of the class.
