Your private full-day excursion to the village of Furnas will start with a pickup from your accommodation in Ponta Delgada. Your guide will drive you to the most famous part of São Miguel island, where you’ll get to visit the village of Furnas and its thermal springs.

At the Lagoa das Furnas, you’ll see the locals prepare your lunch, the traditional stew, placing the pot inside the earth to cook with the hot springs. A delicious and unique experience.
