Paragliding is completely weather dependant. We need to be able to have a clear take-off and landing area. We cannot fly in clouds or rain. Our company has a 100% safety record. We will not fly in unsafe conditions even if other companies choose too.
Disabled/paralysed clients: Our pilots are qualified and have many years of experience. They are able to take disabled passengers and completely paralysed passengers. If a client has an injury (leg or back) they should enquire if it’s safe to paraglide so we can first asses and be aware of any problems.
No open or loose sandals that can fall off during flight are allowed. Closed running shoes are highly recommended.
Sunglasses and hats are allowed.
- What To ExpectClients will enjoy the exquisite scenery of the Atlantic coastline, Table Mountain, Lions Head, the city bowl, Camps Bay beach, Sea Point, Robben Island, Cape Town Harbour and Cape Town stadium from the sky above. If the weather conditions are smooth enough the pilot will give guests the chance to control the glider (flying the glider themselves). Depending on the height when approaching landing the pilot will do some fun turns which are called wing overs (a little bit of a roller coaster feeling).
