"We booked a half day tour from Paderne and we were not disappointed. We have been coming here for over 10 years and wish we had done it sooner. Our guide Nuno was fantastic, full of lots of interesting facts that we had no idea about and was lovely to learn a little about the culture and history of the Algarve. We had our 7 year old with us who never became bored because Nuno made sure to add in lots of fun along the way. We collected lots of things for a school project and had an amazing time off-roading up in the mountains. Our little monster said it was 'the best day ever' so if that is not a recommendation I don't know what is! ;) Thanks Nuno for a fabulous morning, the best adventure and lots of laughs! "A mi novio y a mi nos gustó mucho. Fue un lindo paseo y lo pasamos bien. El guía Claudio muy simpático y Vítor, el capitán, un crack. Nos quedamos en Faro y pensamos q ir una hora x barco era mejor q ir una hora por bus a otro lugar más cercano a las cuevas, por eso decidimos tomar este tour. The safari was just our family and a fantastic mix of local information about the nature and traditions of the area and the thrill of driving off road. "When I was young my parents booked us on a jeep safari from Alvor and this year I wanted to repeat the experience with my husband and our 2 children (12 and 10). I was not disappointed! Isabela was a brilliant driver, friendly and chatty. We all loved the extra detail she added like stopping and picking leaves off trees/bushes to tell us about them. We loved the jeep even though we've never been so dusty. We liked visiting the distillery and could resist making a purchase or two. The lunch was enjoyed by all with friendly service and generous portions. We couldn't fault the day and would highly recommend it to anyone."
