Chapada Diamantina: Full-Day Tour To Cachoeira Do Mosquito & Ribeirão Do Meio

From Lençóis, we will continue to Fazenda Santo Antônio. From there, we will follow a trail of approximately 3 km, in a 35-minute walk, until we reach the beautiful Mosquito Waterfall. The name refers to the small diamonds that have already been found in the region.

The waterfall has a 50 meter high waterfall that, besides providing several places for swimming, is also conducive to rappelling. After bathing in the waterfall, we will have lunch at the farm’s headquarters for some excellent typical food.

After resting in the hammock below the jackfruit, we will continue to Ribeirão do Meio. The trail, which leaves Lençóis, is of light difficulty, has two support points along the route and takes about 40 minutes until we reach the large well, 10 meters deep and the famous natural toboggan run, in which it is possible to having fun slipping on the rocks to the well and spending a very pleasant afternoon in the middle of nature taking advantage of other natural pools on site. After enjoying the attraction a lot, we returned by the same trail to Lençóis.
