Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Once you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, you will proceed through custom and visa formalities and then a representative from Himalayan Adventure treks and Tour will receive you. You will be transferred to the luxurious hotel in Kathmandu with the Bed and Breakfast plan.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be provided with half day Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour during which you will visit UNESCO enlisted cultural heritage sites of Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat (535m)
After breakfast, we will take a bus ride to Arughat which will take us around 6 to 7 hours. The pleasant Bazaar exists at the foothill of Manaslu. Along with being the largest settlement in Manaslu valley, Arughat is also the major junction for connecting it with different corners of Nepal.

Day 04: Trek to Liding (860m)
after breakfast, we follow Budhigandaki River for the most part of our trek on this day. The route passes through several small villages, hills and forests of Sal, pine and oak. About 6hrs of the walk will take us to Liding Village that exists on the edge of Budhigandaki River.

Day 05: Liding to Jagat (1410m)
today after breakfast we trek to Jagat. On the way to Jagat, we cross the forest and choose the meandering trail through dispersed tea houses and cascading waterfalls to the meadow. Moving further through the meadow, we will reach Lapu Besi. The brief walk from Lapu Besi along the steep narrow trail will take us to Machha Khola. Moving on, we will pass through settlements at Khorlabeshi and Machha Khola to reach Tatopani which is a natural hot spring. Crossing the forest, we will reach Doban. Crossing the bridge at Lauri, we will reach Jagat.

Day 06: Jagat to Lokpa (2040m)
we will Leave from Jagat early in the morning, Crossing the suspension bridge over Budhi Gandaki River, we will reach Philim. The scenic village of Philim is inhabited by the Gurungs. Moving further, we will pass through Ekle Bhatti to Lokpa where we will stay overnight. Lokpa is the first village of Tsum Valley.

Day 07: Lokpa to Chumling (2363m)
after breakfast, we will follow the climbing route to Chumling. Located at the south face of the Shingri Himal, Chumling is the quaint village that is home to Tibetan Gompas. It is going to be a bit difficult day for a trek as we need to follow the ascending trail for most of the part.

Day 08: Chumling to Chhekampar (3010m)
Today after Breakfast, we will begin yet another difficult day of the trek. Chhekampar which is also known as Chhokangparo is located on the top of the hill. Chhekampar comprises two unique settlements of Chhokang and Paro. The vantage point offers a close-up view of Ganesh Himal Range. Besides, Chhokangparo is known for its practice of Polyandry culture.

Day 09: Chhekampar to Nile (3365m)
Today we will continue our journey through the forest of pine woods to the Nile. Existing in the edge of Shiar River, this is the last northern settlement of Upper Tsum Valley. We will stay overnight at the Nile.

Day 10: the Nile to Mu Gompa (3700m)
Today after breakfast we will continue our Journey, we will go through a series of ups and downs to Mu Gompa. Mu Gompa is one of the oldest existing monasteries in Tsum Valley region of Nepal. Due to its remote access, no human settlement is found in the area around Mu Gompa. This Gompa exists at the highest and farthest point in Tsum valley.

Day 11: Mu Gompa to Rachen Gompa (3240m)
Since Mu Gompa is as far as we will reach, we will begin our return journey on the 11th day. It is going to be the easy day as we need to follow the descending path. We can get a view of Punchen Himal throughout the day.

Day 12: Rachen Gompa to Dumje (2440m)
Today early morning we will visit Rachen Gompa, we will observe worshipping and get a blessing from Rinpoche. Following the descending trail through the narrow steep path, we will reach Dumje which is clustered with few local teahouses.

Day 13: Dumje to Lung dang Gumpa (3200m)
After having breakfast, we will continue our journey by descending trail that enthrals us with scenic views of Manaslu Mountain and Ganesh Mountain. Moving through a few dispersed settlements, we will arrive at Lungdang Gompa. Lungdang Gompa is a Buddhist nunnery where males are not allowed an entrance. The area around Lung Dang Gompa offers the best sunrise view over the Ganesh Himal range.

Day 14: Lung dang Gompa to Ripchet (2468m)
Leaving Lung Dang Gompa, we will follow the descending trail through the path decorated with prayer flags. We can get a view of looming Ganesh Mountain in the backdrop. 4hrs of the walk will take us to Rainjam from where we will follow the trail going through a series of ups and downs to the large village of Ripchet. Homestay is available in Ripchet.

Day 15: Ripchet to Dovan (1070m)
Lowering down from Ripchet, we will take the descending trek through pine forest that is rich in wildlife. The trek offers a better opportunity of bird watching and wildlife viewing where musk deer, rhesus monkeys and langurs are among the most commonly seen mammals. Descending to the river, we will reach Dovan where we will stay overnight.

Day 16: Dovan to Soti Khola (720m)
We have our breakfast and Leaving Dovan, we will pass through pretty dispersed settlements to Soti Khola through the village of Khorlabesi. The trail splits at Khorlabesi one of which will take us back to Arughat while the other one takes us to Gorkha. Continuing further, we will reach Soti Khola.

Day 17: Soti Khola to Arughat (535m)
Crossing the river at Soti Khola, we will proceed through farm terraces and crop fields to Arughat Bazaar.

Day 18: Arughat to Kathmandu
Today after breakfast we will take a bus ride. About 7hrs of the drive from Arughat we get to Kathmandu. The route is scenic as it proceeds through Dhading Besi and Malekhu. Enjoy the mountain views, rice fields and crop fields. Drive through Naubishe and enter Kathmandu from Thankot checkpoint.

Day 19: Departure
After last-minute preparation, you will be accompanied to Tribhuvan International Airport 3 hours before the scheduled flight.
