Ferragudo Village Walk With Glass Of Wine

This cultural tour takes place in Ferragudo – one of the best preserved Portuguese fishing villages! We’ll walk through the typical cobbled streets towards the church’s terrace to enjoy the view while the sun sets. The route leads us to ancient buildings as a lookout tower and a castle built to protect the region from pirate’s ships. While walking besides the river you’ll learn more about the history of the fishermen and women who worked for the sardine canning factories. Our tour ends at a local tavern with a tasty selection of regional products and a glass of wine.
