Alice was very helpful in booking our tours and Telmo was a miraculous guide. Telmo has lived on Sao Miguel for his whole life and clearly has great knowledge of the towns, history, culture, geography and botany. He constantly adjusted the plan to suit our wishes and to try to manage the variable weather and never hesitated to take photos of my wife and I for us. We had the pleasure of dining with Telmo at two fabulous restaurants that seemed infrequently found by the tourists. Overall, he took us to numerous amazing places we would never have found on our own. We are truly so grateful that he made our trip to the Azores as magical as it could be!"
