Make sure to include your mobile telephone number on the reservation form, so that we are able to contact you either by calling or via Whatsapp and iMessage if necessary. In the event that you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact our offices immediately, so that a representative can assist you directly and efficiently.
What happens if my flight is delayed or if I miss it?
We receive continual updates on flight and sailing route schedules that concern our clients. To this end, we ask that you fill in all relevant information regarding flight numbers and dates and/or sailing dates and ship names on the reservation form, so that we are notified in a timely manner as to potential airport or port delays or cancelations. Our clients do not incur any extra charge for such delays and cancelations.
In the event that you miss your flight or boat, or if a flight or scheduled sailing departure has been canceled due to inclement weather conditions, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can rearrange your reserved transportation services and keep your booking active for 24 hours, at no extra charge. In the event that you do not honor your reservation and do not inform us of this fact, we are obliged to charge the transportation service costs in accordance with our company’s operating terms and conditions.
