My wife and I had a great and lively conversation with them during the drive from Madrid. A definite highlight for us was the rustic breakfast at the Spanish farm. Freshly made homegrown tomatoes, Iberian cured ham & chorizo were out of this world! At the end of Safari tour, we were introduced to the world class Lusitano horses. Some of which make it to the Spanish equestrian Olympic team!"
