The 2 hours Stand Up Paddle tour consists in a hike of 8 km in the Mira River in Vila Nova de Milfontes, always in favor of tide, which makes it easy to practice for those who have never done this before.
The experience starts with an initiation to Stand Up Paddle at the beach given by one or more instructors certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation.
For those who never did it, we will teach you the techniques of paddling and turning.
Once you are ready, we will start our tour at the river where the instructors will help improving your techniques and postures as well as showing you wonderful landscape and hidden gems of our region!
