My wife and I had a great and lively conversation with them during the drive from Madrid. A definite highlight for us was the rustic breakfast at the Spanish farm. Freshly made homegrown tomatoes, Iberian cured ham & chorizo were out of this world! At the end of Safari tour, we were introduced to the world class Lusitano horses. "I HIGHLY suggest doing this tour if you are in Madrid! It’s a lot of walking so bring comfy shoes, but it’s well worth it! All the food and drinks were delicious!! Make sure you don’t eat before hand because you will get full! Our guide Dylan Butler was THEE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and also hilarious. If you take this tour, you should definitely request him as your guide. The experience alone was a 10/10 and Dylan made it a 20/10."
