A 10 km da costa do Adriático, em um planalto cárstico entre Omiš e Makarska, fica a cidade de Zadvarje. Às terças-feiras, é realizado um mercado na aldeia que definitivamente não é voltado para os turistas, onde os vendedores exagerados gritam: "Olá, meu amigo, bom preço, barato barato." As pessoas da Riviera Makarska e do interior se encontram, negociam gesticulando freneticamente e trocando as últimas fofocas. Não há suéteres de marca falsos, mas muitos produtos de uso diário para o local comum. Não parece excitante?
