Connected to neighbouring Victor Harbor via causeway lies the nature reserve of Granite Island, a small yet ruggedly beautiful island that makes for an immensely pleasant spot to explore. Accessible from the mainland via its signature pier - which can be navigated either on foot or via the region's iconic horse-drawn tram.
