In the cooking class you will learn how to prepare and cook some typical local dishes, such as coconut rice, nimino, fried fish, white and black xima. Depending on what you find when shopping, the menu changes; you will go to a local house with a shy but nice local lady, you will learn how to light the charcoal and with it you will cook every dish and then eat it together with her children.
