Stanley Park

Stanley Park is a world renowned park and tourist attraction in Vancouver, Canada. The park has a long history and was one of the first areas of Vancouver to be explored by British settlers. Featuring lovely beaches, miles of well-maintained paved and dirt trails, Canada's largest aquarium and an array of can't-miss kid-friendly spots, this 400-hectare (1,000-acre) haven is recognized as one of the greatest urban parks in the world. In addition to visiting the museum that is inside the Stanley Park you have many other options, on hot days you can enjoy the beaches. Second Beach features a heated pool open from May to September. Another option is to visit the exhibits and totems, which are an attraction to the part since it is more than 100 years old, and are spread throughout the park.
