The best way to get into the Benagil Cave, with a kayak just after sunrise! A 1,5h-hours kayak tour that will take you inside the Benagil sea cave at the best time of the day. Tour starts and ends at the Benagil beach.

It’s a tough start to be there by 7am. Especially if you are based in Lagos as this is a 5am wake up call. But the tour is absolutely worth it. Being the first people on the Benagil beach makes it all worthwhile. The tour guides are friendly and their expertise made this a very safe and fun activity!

This was a new experience for me, as I have never kayaked in the ocean before. But the guides were really great in explaining everything we needed to know about how to be safe in the water so I felt very comfortable immediately. Must do the 7am tour as we were the first and only ones in the ocean and the cave at that time so it was fabulous! Highly recommended!
