ITINERARY:

In the morning board a private boat proceed to SAGAR, the far southern region and a rarely visited area south of Inle Lake, which is one of the most beautiful places in the Shan State with the mountains forming a backdrop for the small villages. The journey takes around 3 hours with full of fabulous views and home to many unique species of birds, both indigenous and migratory. Along the way passed through sugarcane plantation and bamboo forests.
And stroll through the village and observe insight of unspoiled culture and traditional life-style of the ethnic population of Pa-O and Inthar, Shan and Padaung inhabitants around Sagar.
Visit the ancient pagoda sight of SAGAR which 108 stupas built from the 16-17th centuries in typical Shan style. And continue to THAYA GONE and to step to the top of a small hill where enjoy scenery landscape of the lake, flowering trees and numerous settlements dotted on both sides of the canal.
Walk through several villages on shore that produce local goods such as pottery, bamboo ware, sugar cane, weaving, alcohol, fishery products and much more.
On market days take part in the local market activities where hill tribe folks meet the lake population. Late afternoon return back to the main section of Inle Lake and Nyaung Shwe.
