Rafting Adventure:
Rafting is the practice of the descent of the rivers on the rapids using inflatable boats and safety equipment. The rafting practitioners use the rowing machine and are guided by an expert instructor and responsible for the orientation of the group during the activity.
In addition to an adventure sport, rafting is a practice that develops skills such as leadership, unity, and team work.
Local: Cubatão River
Duration: Average 2 hours to go 5km with rapids class 3 and class 4.
Who can practice: Children from 8 years, adults and the elderly, accompanied by instructors. Restriction on the heart, pregnant women and people with accented column.

Note: The activities will be carried out in accordance with the profile of the participants. We serve groups from 2 up to 40 people. It is not necessary to training or prior knowledge to perform the activity.
What to bring:
Clothing comfortable and quick drying (mesh, lycra, tactel, dry fit).
The use of footwear closed is mandatory (tennis shoes or sandal papete).We have running shoes, anoraks and short vest, under request.
Use insect repellent and sunscreen. We ask that, during the practice of the rafting, do not take cap, as well as camera and other electronics under the risk of loss or damage.
- What Will You Do
The Rafting Adventure is a very fun and exciting. In the midst of the Atlantic Forest in addition to adventure on the rapids of the Cubatão River South of a scenic beauty unparalleled, work as a team, paddling in sync and rhythmic makes the Rafting Adventure a unique and unforgettable experience.Will be a 5 km course with 14 rapids formed in a gap height of 40 metres.

The arrival to the river will be made by roads, and upon arrival we will do stretching exercises, then the guides will explain how they should behave during the white water rafting for the descent on the rapids to happen with full security. A SGS (safety management system) was deployed in the activities of the Apuama to ensure the safety of all.
At the end of the journey the roads will be waiting to bring everyone back to the Base of the Apuama.

Includes: Descent on the rapids of the Cubatão River South in inflatable boats, in duration: average of 2 hours, life jackets, paddles and helmets are part of the safety equipment. On cold days we offer at no cost clothes, neoprene, and/or jackets thermal.Transport from the base to the river and back to the base of the Apuama.
