We leave Lençóis for a 1 hour walk to the top of Gruta do Lapão. From above, we will rappel 50 meters high with approved safety equipment and experienced guides. This is a great experience for both beginners and rappel lovers.

After abseiling, we will cross the Grotto. Inside the cave, a separate experience, we will cross a river and observe very rare small speleothems from the largest quartzite cave in the country. From there, we will return to Lençóis.

We will do a 50 meter high rappel with approved safety equipment and experienced guides from the top of the Grotto, to the interior of it. After the descent, we will make a crossing inside the cave. We will cross a river and observe very rare small speleothems from the largest quartzite cave in the country.
