Have you ever been to Albufeira?

Albufeira is a great place to live and to spend your holidays. Its location is in the center of the Algarve, allowing for an easy and quick travel to any other area in the south.

If you like the beach and the sun, this is the place to be. Albufeira is known for its many beautiful beaches and nightlife.

In summer, Albufeira is the main tourist city in the Algarve where many Portuguese and foreigners spend their holidays. Beach, sun, Mediterranean food and a cool drink to help when it's hotter… yes, it's paradise!

Here there are also several hotels of the most reputable, a mall for those who like shopping and can't live without them, and a water park that combines the fastest and most violent attractions for the most courageous and true fans of adrenaline, with others more calm for those who prefer to relax! And there is also space for animal life in this park!

But don't you think that it's only in the summer that Albufeira is fantastic! Throughout the year the cold is something that rarely appears, and the temperatures do not have drastic drops in the winter months.

"When I was young my parents booked us on a jeep safari from Alvor and this year I wanted to repeat the experience with my husband and our 2 children (12 and 10). I was not disappointed! Isabela was a brilliant driver, friendly and chatty. We all loved the extra detail she added like stopping and picking leaves off trees/bushes to tell us about them. We loved the jeep even though we've never been so dusty. We liked visiting the distillery and could resist making a purchase or two. The lunch was enjoyed by all with friendly service and generous portions. We couldn't fault the day and would highly recommend it to anyone."

"We booked as a family of 4 on this day trip and enjoyed every min, Neesha was a fantastic guide and host and our day was jammed packed from 8.15 pick up until 17.15 drop off, the jeep ride was exhilarating and the boat trip beautiful with a great stop at a lovely vin yard for some delicious Portuguese wine and beer and the mountains for a taste of honey and authentic fire water, would def recommend."

"We have just returned from a day out in the jeep with one of your guides Nounou (apologies if I have spelt this wrong!) and what can I say? We have had the best day ever. We were picked up at 9am and returned to our apartment at 5pm and for the hours in between we were treated to first class hospitality from Nounou. He was funny, chatty and very informative with lots of interesting local information. He took us off road for some exhilarating driving and we couldn’t have asked for more. We enjoyed experiencing little old style Portuguese villages that we wouldn’t have known about previously, we tasted local produce - firewater, honey etc and we were able to swim in a beautiful blue lake. We have a 12 and 15 year old who both laughed all day long and we said that it was definitely money worth spent and far superior to jeep safaris we have done in the past in Turkey. Only criticism was that 5pm came round far too quickly and the day had to end. Thank you Nounou for everything today."
