"During a recent trip to Argentina, on very short notice and with limited availability of time we were able to have a private half-day city tour of Buenos Aires. We were fortunate to have Patrick as our guide. He is the owner of the company, very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator in both English and Spanish, and very responsive to all of our many questions about the city.. Since photography of several highlights of the city was one of our goals, he made suggestions and was very patient with the extra time that this required. In particular, we visited La Boca, the Recoleta Cemetery. and the Plaza Mayor. If we had more time, based our experience, we would have arranged more time with him or one of his associates the following day. We highly recommend Buenos Aires Touring for getting acquainted with this great city.."

It was a pleasure spending the day with him, engaging in discussions on a wide range of topics and learning so much about Buenos Aires and Argentina. "We spent great 4 hours with Saul at his well equipped cooking studio. Together we've prepared 3 meals, sirloin stake, empanadas and kind of semifreddo for dessert, made of dulce de leche. Saul was great instructor, he taught us how to make empanadas from the scratch, all meals were great accompanied with bottle of Malbec. We had lot of fun and it was well spent time in BsAs. I would recommend it to anyone interested in basics of Argentinian cuisine, Saul is knowledgeable, skillful and fun cook."

"I signed up for a half day private city tour of Buenos Aires. Patrick took me to the best that Buenos Aires had to offer and warned me of scams. He is a well travelled tour guide who lends an outsiders perspective to Buenos Aires and an insiders appreciation for its culture and beauty. I appreciated the additional insight into Argentinian politics and economy. As an added bonus, I asked him to help me replace my medications because my medicine bag was stolen enroute to Buenos Aires. He accomodated this request without short changing our tour time.
