We will start our tour through one of the main avenues: the 9th of July Avenue, where we’ll see the Teatro Colon and the Obelisk. Afterwards we will visit the Plaza de Mayo,to do our first stop. It used to be the historical and political epicenter of the city; We can take photos of the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Government House and the Cabildo. The city tour continues south through the old neighborhood of San Telmo, passing through Parque Lezama.

Continue even further south to reach the neighborhood of La Boca, where we have our second stop. Its famous for the stadium of Boca Juniors and Caminito, full of color, magic and history. After the break we go to Puerto Madero, which is one of the newest, most exclusive and most modern neighborhoods in Buenos Aires with its main areas of Retiro and Plaza San Martin. The tour guide was very imformative. His knowledge was amazing. I really enjoyed the contrast between the northern and southern districts. I enjoyed La Boca very much.

Lindo!!

Nice Tour

When I scheduled my tour, I requested an English /Spanish speaking tour. However, when the tour guide arrived, she only spoke spanish. She quickly got on the phone to call her supervisor and I was told I could reschedule the tour for another day. But I was really looking forward to the tour so I went hoping to practice my spanish. The tour guide was really nice. She checked in with me at every stop to make sure I understood.Eventhough I didn't understand much about the history and architecture part, I enjoyed riding around seeing the sights. I loved, loved, loved LaBoca! It was colorful and festive. The tour guide showed me where to get an empanada and a glass of wine.. All for $4!. I took my cousin back a day later and played tour guide. This was a great tour and I would definitely do another one if I had the chance to visit again.
